Geographe Excavation and Underground Power was asked to replace an aging HV cable for the salt stacker with new terminations into the existing transformer and RMU. The installation was made difficult with the overhead change of direction in the cable and the limited access. Through planning and design we where able to find a solution to installing the cable with minimal disruption to the existing operation and completed the work well within the time frame allocated.
